- Additional equipment application form will be provided after the application deadline.
- All applications are accepted on a first come first served basis.

- Shell schemes will be fully set up by the secretariat and exhibitors have to decorate their booths.
- Booth Size: 3m (width) x 3m (length) x 2.5m (height)
- Standard Package: Lighting & electricity (1kw), 1 reception desk, 1 chair, company name board, and flooring (pytex)
- Benefits: Company logo on website and in the program book, exhibition badge
- The exhibitor is responsible for preparing tablecloths, extension cords, ornaments, etc.

- Exhibitors purchasing raw space will need to install booth(s) on their own.
- Raw space, electricity (1kw), and flooring (pytex) will be provided.
- All stand requirements including power connection must be organized by the exhibitor.
