Valid passport and Korean visa are required to enter the Republic of Korea.
For more accurate information, the Secretariat of APSR 2022 recommends you to contact Embassy in each country to ask about necessary documents for visa issuance. It is also highly recommended to apply for visa at least one month before your departure for Republic of Korea as your visa process may take time.
Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa up to 30 or 90 days. For more information on visa issuance, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.

The secretariat will send official invitation letters upon request. Such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise funds or obtain visas. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
If you need the invitation letter to participate APSR 2022, please mark ‘Request Letter of Invitation’ in the Visa Letter Application and fill in all necessary information. Visa Letter Application
Notarized Invitation Letter
If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa application, you have to request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon your request, the notarized letter will be sent to you by airmail within a month after your request.
The notarized invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed on-line registration with a proper payment. USD 100 will be charged for the notary and air courier (EMS), and you will be required to make the payment by wire transfer.
